Refund Policy

All products sold in this store are digital products delivered electronically by download. No physical items are shipped.

All sales are final after download

Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been delivered, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, or for incompatibility that results from not checking the listed software and file requirements before purchase.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or a refund in these cases only:

• The delivered file is corrupted or technically defective and we cannot fix it with a working replacement.
• You were charged twice for the same product in a single purchase (duplicate charge).
• Your download was never delivered due to a technical error on our side and we cannot deliver it.

How to request an exception

Email us at brayhad13@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. If the issue is a broken or undelivered file, contact us first - in most cases we can resend or replace your download quickly.

If a refund is approved under the exceptions above, it will be issued to your original payment method.
